Whether you're brand new to the practice or a seasoned yogi seeking refinement, this course is designed to hone your alignment, enrich your understanding of yoga philosophy, and equip you with invaluable tools for everyday life.

Throughout this course, we delve into the core elements of yoga practice, covering a comprehensive range of topics essential for both beginners and experienced practitioners. This curriculum is thoughtfully crafted to encompass the essential pillars of yoga practice. Through guided sessions, you'll understand various poses, learn about the profound philosophy that guides yoga, explore the transformative power of breath work, and cultivate mindfulness through meditation. Join us from June 3rd to June 26th for an enriching journey, blending in-person and online sessions to accommodate your schedule. This course structure includes two evening sessions per week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 17:45 to 18:45, alongside two half-day weekend sessions on June 8th & 9th and June 22nd & 23rd, running from 9:30 to 12:30.

By the course's end, you'll emerge with a newfound confidence in your practice, equipped with the knowledge to move through poses gracefully and embody yoga philosophy authentically. From mastering sun salutations to understanding the significance of backward bends, this course offers a comprehensive exploration of yoga's rich tapestry.

This Yoga Fundamentals course includes 2 evening classes per week 

Monday & Wednesday 17.45 - 18.45

Two half day weekends

Saturday & Sunday 9.30 - 12.30

The weekend dates are:

June 8 + 9

June 22 + 23


All sessions will be recorded for you to come back to whenever you want a refresher.

The course will be held at Premier Health in Blairgowrie or online via zoom.
