YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

Everyday I feel like a beginner when I step onto the mat and even when I feel I have made great strides in my practice I know I still have a long way to go.

I will teach you the basics on Yoga and take you that extra step forward and no longer make Yoga a foreign concept.

 

The classes will be taught on a one-on-one basis where I will create each class to meet your needs and abilities.

 

The classes may be held in the comfort of your own home or in my studio.
